Adobe after effects crashes

The system was stable with Win10 and AE So, if you are freezing a lot I know a lot of people are , maybe try not running AE full screen and see what happens. I am getting similar problems on Windows I thought it was Redshift but the blame seems to lie with After Effects Adobe Support Community.
